The City of Millbrae, and its Japanese Culture Committee would like to thank you for your past support and participation in Annual Japanese Culture Festival.  The City is pleased to announce that it will hold its 3^rd such festival on Sunday, October 5, 2008 in the Civic Center Plaza, One Library Avenue, Millbrae.  This year will be an outdoor festival, with an outdoor stage. A changing tent will be erected for the stage.   The venue will be very attractive and visible from a main shopping area in Millbrae.    

     We would like to invite your organization to participate again in what has become a much anticipated and colorful event in Millbrae.  Please complete and return the enclosed preliminary application form.  Due to space limitation, we may not be able to accommodate every application, so we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.  Applications for performance groups will be selected based upon each group’s unique theme, costumes, performance and music.  You will be notified as early as possible if your application is approved.

     All participating units must sign an Authorization and Release Form, which consents to the use of their names and performances in any print and publicity material that promotes the 3^rd Annual Japanese Culture Festival.
